For hosts

Travellers are already planning weekends here.

FarNest brings people to the Granite Belt first, then shows them your place honestly — and gives you a way to turn that interest into a direct booking. No marketplace sitting between you and your guest.

Why hosts join

Bring the traveller. Keep the guest.

People come for the region

Travellers come to FarNest to get to know the Granite Belt, then look for a bed. Your place lands in their plan — not lost in another endless feed.

Shown the way it really is

A proper profile written from checked facts — who it suits, what's nearby, what to know before they arrive. Not a copy-paste listing.

The guest is yours

Book direct and the guest is yours, not the platform's — their name, their email, their phone. Invite them back yourself, and keep them coming to this part of the world.

Proof, not promises

See exactly what FarNest did for you: who saw your place, who looked closer, who went to book. We never call a click a booking.

How it progresses

Four steps, each one optional and reversible.

  1. Listed

Your property appears on FarNest with verified facts and your official booking link. It costs nothing, it doesn’t sign you up to anything, and you can opt out at any time.

  2. Claimed

You confirm you're the host, correct anything we've got wrong, and see exactly what travellers have been doing with your property on FarNest.

  3. Connected

If your booking system supports it, we read availability and details directly, so travellers see fresher information. What we can and can't do is always shown, dated and specific.

  4. Direct partner

Once the direct path is proven end to end, travellers book straight with you — you keep the guest, and you keep more of the money.

Coverage never buys ranking, and editorial recommendation is never for sale — that's what keeps traveller trust worth having.

Claim your property

Already on FarNest? It's yours to claim.

If your property already appears on FarNest, claiming it is free. We check you're the host, you correct anything we've got wrong, and you see what travellers have been doing with your page.
