Savina Lane Wines

Savina Lane Wines is a family-run estate focusing on Italian-inspired and alternative grape varieties grown on their own Granite Belt vineyard. The operation centres around emerging varieties including Fiano, Manseng, Viognier, Montepulciano, Tempranillo and Graciano, alongside Syrah and Shiraz from seventy-year-old vines. All fruit is hand-picked from the single estate, and wines are made on-site from these estate-grown grapes.

The cellar door offers two tasting experiences. The Curious Wine Tasting Encounter runs up to ninety minutes and takes visitors through six emerging varieties plus some of the region's oldest Shiraz. For those wanting deeper exploration, the Wine Decoded program extends to two hours and delves further into the varieties and winemaking. Both experiences are hosted directly by the owners, giving tastings a personal, educational character rather than a quick pour-and-go approach.
