Winnow's Rise sits on a 160-acre farm tucked into bushland on the edge of the Granite Belt, where the gums and clouds form the only real neighbourhood. Rather than a traditional cellar door, this is a thoughtfully curated cabin stay designed for reconnection and quiet retreat. The property takes its name from the idea of winnowing—sifting to keep what matters and leaving behind what doesn't—and that philosophy runs through every corner of the space.

Inside, visitors find original paintings, living plants, handmade objects and a carefully chosen library, all arranged in east-facing rooms that catch the morning light.
